Your inputs stay
in your browser.

Effective November 8, 2026. This policy applies to the current Handy Orchard website and its three calculators.

Calculations and images

Calculator inputs are processed on your device. They are not sent to our server or saved in a database. The print size tool reads the dimensions of an image you select locally; it does not upload that image. Reloading the page resets the current calculator.

Downloads

Text summaries are generated locally when you request them. You decide where to save or share them.

Website delivery

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Visiting a page sends ordinary network requests, which may include your IP address, requested URL, and browser information. Cloudflare may process these for delivery, security, and operational purposes. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Advertising and analytics

This release uses a language preference cookie. It contains no AdSense advertising code, third-party analytics or tracking pixels. We will update this policy before introducing advertising or analytics.

Future changes

This policy will be revised if the website starts collecting account information, accepting uploads, or adding other data-processing features. Linked external websites have their own policies.

Language choice and location

We use your IP country, as determined by Cloudflare, to suggest the initial language. We use the country code only and do not store the diagnostic response. You can change language at any time.

A first-party language preference cookie remembers your manual choice for one year. When you switch language, calculator values are temporarily kept in this tab and removed after they are restored. Images stay on your device.
